At the core of Stillness at Heart are the private guided meditation sessions, centered around meditation, dialogue, and insight. Together these three elements invite you to inner peace, discovery, and growth.
Stillness at Heart promotes joy and living an authentic life.
Each video call is 45 minutes, guided by Stillness at Heart founder Charlotte Brady. A typical session starts with a short dialogue discussing your state of mind, or anything relevant to your life. Then follows the guided meditation, uniquely attuned to you. Afterwards you get a chance to ask questions and share your experience. The insights arise depending on many factors. They may come through the feedback you receive or between sessions. This is the more mysterious part of what meditation can reveal.
It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being true.
A Stillness at Heart private guided meditation orients you toward what matters most. It’s a process of recognizing yourself; discovering or rediscovering what you truly are. A minimum of four sessions is highly recommended, as the sessions continuously adapt to your growing insights, encouraging your evolution through gentle support.
